1. Our commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time claim. We design and review the website with readable content, clear hierarchy, keyboard use, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, and meaningful labels in mind.
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practical. This statement does not represent a certification or a claim that every page is free of barriers.
2. Measures we take
Our current accessibility work includes the following practices:
- Semantic page structure and descriptive headings.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, links, buttons, and forms.
- Visible focus indicators and labels that do not depend only on color.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and empty alternative text for decorative imagery.
- Readable text sizing, line length, spacing, and contrast across supported screen sizes.
- Responsive layouts and a dedicated mobile navigation experience.
- Clear form labels, instructions, required-field indicators, and error feedback.
3. Browser and assistive-technology compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common desktop and mobile assistive technologies. Older browsers, unusual settings, browser extensions, or third-party content may create differences we cannot fully control.
Zooming, increasing text size, using high-contrast preferences, navigating by keyboard, or using a screen reader should remain possible without losing the main content or actions.
4. Known limitations and third-party content
Some third-party services, embedded content, generated documents, or destination websites may not provide the same level of accessibility as the NEBULACLOUT site. We do not control those interfaces, but we welcome notice when they create a barrier in a NEBULACLOUT journey.
Content and interfaces change over time. A feature that works well in one assistive-technology combination may behave differently in another. We review reported issues and prioritize fixes based on impact.
5. Accessibility feedback and alternatives
If you cannot access information, use a menu, submit a form, or complete another action, email info@nebulaclout.com. Please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the device or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help.
We will review the request and respond as reasonably practical. We can work with you by email or provide the requested information in another reasonable format when available.
6. Ongoing review
We review accessibility as content, navigation, forms, colors, and components change. We may update this statement to reflect improvements, newly identified limitations, or changes in relevant guidance.
